Eating and drinking in South Tyrol

The fascinating combination of South Tyrolean specialities combined with the Mediterranean cuisine give a distinct flair to our gastronomy.

According to the seasons we use fresh vegetables, crunchy salads and herbs from our garden, berries, honey and mushrooms from our woods, milk, meat and eggs from our own production and our desserts and jams are home-made.
